2011 Canada Winter Games Talent Identification Camps
Ringette Alberta has announced the start of the selection process for the 2011 Canada Winter Games (CWG) being held February 11th to 27th, 2011 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Eligible athletes are those 19 years of age or under as of December 31, 2010 or those born on or after January 1, 1991.

Protocol for Shaking Hands:
Please be advised that due to health and safety risks, Ringette Calgary has made it mandatory that athletes gloves must stay on at all times while they are on the ice. This includes during the customary post game handshake.
Calgary RATH Season Pass now available
There will be 15 RATH games in and around Calgary this season. A season pass may be purchased by completing this form and emailing it to Noel Cronin.

U9 (currently Bunny/Novice) – born in 2002 and younger
U10 (currently Novice) – born 2000, 2001
U12 (currently Petite) – born 1998, 1999
U14 (currently Tween) – born 1996, 1997
U16 (currently Junior) – born 1994, 1995
U19 (currently Belle) – born 1991, 1992, 1993
+18 (currently Belle/Open) – born 1991 or earlier

Western Canadian Championships
Alberta cleaned up at the 2009 Western Canadian Ringette Championships in Saskatoon. Alberta won gold at Tween AA, Jr A and Belle A. The AB Open team won silver. The Tween AA team (Elite), the Belle A team (Calgary N. Fortius) and the Open A team (U of C) are all Calgary teams.

Don Henderson Memorial Ringette Scholarship
The Don Henderson Memorial Ringette Scholarship was awarded to Jamie Billinton for the 2008/09 Academic year.

The National Ringette League (NRL) is the showcase league for Ringette in Canada.
